He works in the Corporate Law Department advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, banking, finance, and foreign investment.
His regular practice is mainly focused on assisting national and foreign companies and international banks with respect to financial and commercial
operations, including due diligence processes and negotiation and drafting of civil and commercial agreements, such as financing, guarantees, lease and sale contracts, among others.
