Similarly, he is one of the most renowned Uruguayan attorneys in the field of local and international arbitration, and has acted both as legal counsel and as arbitrator in high-complexity arbitration processes.
Mr. Nin has advised important clients in the mining, maritime and aeronautical sectors in diverse and very complex disputes. In these last cases, he led a team of professionals working on one of the most important class actions in the country.
