She works in the corporate law department.

Her regular practice includes advising banking entities and companies in different areas. She regularly assists in the preparation of reports and memorandums on the Uruguayan legal system applicable to the activities pursued by our clients, drafting contracts, legal opinions and documents related to the sale and/or acquisition of companies.

In the past few years, she has focused on providing comprehensive legal advice to leading companies in the forestry sector operating in Uruguay.
