She is a member of the Corporate Law Department of the Firm. Among her usual practices is the participation in due diligence processes, mergers and acquisitions of companies.
Moreover, she regularly participates in advisory operations to national and foreign companies, and in the negotiation and drafting of various commercial and civil contracts, such as financing, guarantees, leases and sales, among others.
