Our team

She works in the Corporate Law department. Her regular practice includes the preparation of reports and memorandums addressed to domestic and foreign companies, under the Uruguayan legal framework, applicable to the activities pursued by our clients. Drafting and negotiation of contracts and documents related to purchase and sale, merger and/or acquisition of companies, advice to entities regulated by the Central Bank of Uruguay, among others.
