Mr. Deffeminis specializes in Intellectual Property and Company Law.
In the course of his regular practice his particular area of expertise lies in commercial transactions, wealth and tax planning in different structures such as corporations, trusts and investment funds, among others.
Between 2001 and 2007 he was part of the Intellectual Property Research group at Universidad de Montevideo, Uruguay.
