Professional experience
Mr. Boado works in the Corporate Department advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, banking, finance and foreign investment.
His practice is mainly focused on providing advice to national and foreign companies, and to banking institutions with respect to financial and commercial operations, including due diligence processes and negotiation and drafting of commercial and civil agreements.
