Our litigation department provides high-quality  advice and representation services and is fully commited to defending its clients’ rights in administrative and court proceedings concerning civil, commercial, labor, social security, family, maritime, aviation, mining, agricultural, forestry, energy, environmental, regulatory and financial matters, among others.

We are renowned for our participation in important national and international high-profile lawsuits, including class actions, whether in court or at administrative or arbitration level.

Such is our team’s expertise in local and international arbitration proceedings that several members of our staff have been appointed members of the list of arbitrators of the “Centro de Conciliación y Arbitraje” (Center of Conciliation and Arbitration) and the “Corte de Arbitraje Internacional para el Mercosur” (International Court of Arbitration for the Mercosur) of the Chamber of Commerce of Uruguay.

We also provide preventive advice and assistance to our clients in pre-conflict stages, such as conciliation and/or mediation.
