Mr. Vairo is the partner who heads the Firm’s office in Zonamérica. He specializes in Commercial and Tax Law, and has vast experience in advising local and international clients in the undertaking of new ventures in the country or the region, particularly relating to financial, logistics, commercial or consultancy services in the free trade zone framework.
He has assisted several clients in the creation of administrative trusts, foundations, international business companies, as well as in the incorporation and management of investment funds.
Before joining Posadas, he was the Head of the Legal Department of the National Department for Livestock, National Products and Cattle Branding Control of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries of Uruguay.
Education:
- Doctor in Law and Social Sciences – Universidad de la República – Uruguay.
- Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) – Full Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), England & Wales.

- Spanish, English and Portuguese.
