With more than 20 years of active labor law practice, he has extensive experience in advising national and international clients. He advises on strategies related to the prevention of litigation, labor risks and union relations, also having solid experience and reputation in contentious matters. Alejandro has vast experience in professional practice focused on Labor Law, both in the area of ??individual and collective relations, being also a distinguished and multi-referenced author, with prolific doctrinal production on aspects related to the subject.
He is Professor (Tier 4) in courses, teaching undergraduate and graduate courses related to the subject at said University, as well as visiting professor at different national private and foreign universities. He also actively participates in international conferences on Labor Law where he is invited as a panelist, being an active member of various national and international associations.
