He is currently involved in the Litigation Area of the firm, as well as Civil, Commercial, Administrative and Procedural Law matters. Similarly, he is highly experienced in Labor Law, where he has engaged in collective bargaining and counseling companies on issues concerning Individual, Collective Labor and Social Security Law.
Mr. Gari has participated and conducted joint litigations against financial entities defending the rights of large groups of creditors damaged by the banking crisis. As part of his practice, he performs legal and labor audits in due diligence processes prior to the acquisition of companies.
Renowned international publications such as Chambers & Partners have cited him for his outstanding work and performance in the fields of Litigation and Labor.
As an academic, he has lectured on Labor Law for managers and officers at different companies.

- Doctor in Law and Social Sciences – Universidad de la República – Uruguay.
- Currently finishing his Notary Public Degree – Universidad de la República – Uruguay.
- Specialization courses on Individual, Collective Labor and Social Security Law.
- Specialization training in Civil Law, Rental Law, Commercial Law, Administrative Law and Procedural Law.
