He works in the Corporate Law Department of the Firm. His regular tasks include due diligence processes, acquisition of companies, negotiation and drafting of business contracts, trust agreements, financing agreements, guarantees, leases, purchase and sale and distribution, among others.
He is Assistant Professor of Philosophy of Law at Universidad de la República. In addition, he collaborates with the jurisprudence section of “Revista de Doctrina y Jurisprudencia de Derecho Civil”.
