Ms. Speranza is part of the Notarial Ara of the firm and her practice covers the drafting of contracts related to personal and real property, guarantees and their perfection. She has extensive experience in the creation of business associations, branches and relocations, as well as reforms, dissolutions and liquidation of business entities.

Notary Public – Universidad de la República.
Currently doing a Specialization course on Commercial Law – Universidad de la República – Uruguay
